As the end of the semester is quickly approaching, we wish to remind our 6th-12th grade Jags of the upcoming exam schedule and attendance policy. Semester exams are given in every class. In alignment with the school district calendar, semester exams are scheduled for the three days prior to Winter break, December 17th, 18th, & 19th. 1st and 2nd periods will be on Tuesday the 17th, 3rd and 4th periods on Wednesday the 18th, and 5th and 6th periods on Thursday the 19th. It is school policy that no exams will be given early, so it is very important that students are in attendance on these days or they will have to make them up according to the make-up policy in January. Please try to schedule around these dates. In addition, please be reminded of Santa Rosa School District’s Attendance Rule, which states that students that miss 10 or more days, excused or unexcused, from any class must receive a passing grade on the exam in order to receive credit for the class.
