Attention Jag Parents,
We have some important information to share with you concerning our Homecoming events this Friday night. We are asking that you please help us get this information out to our community. Our Jags have been celebrating Homecoming all week, and due to COVID safety requirements we have had to make many changes. This Friday’s Homecoming Court event and game will require changes as well. Due to our limited seating capacity, we will be adhering to the following guidelines.
Our boys’ varsity basketball game has been cancelled. We will continue with our girls’ varsity game and our Homecoming Court event. Parents of our varsity girls’ basketball players, cheerleaders, and Homecoming participants will be allocated 2 tickets per family. At this time, our gym is at capacity and there are no general admission tickets available. However, tickets may become available to be sold for the girls’ varsity game based on the number of fans that exit the gym throughout the evening. Should we have tickets become available, they will be sold on a first come first serve basis, and the ticket buyer will need to be present to be sold a ticket.
Also, our parade will still take place Thursday at 1:00. Please remember that parents are not allowed on campus, but parents may park across the street from the school on Central School Road. If you want your child to sit with you during the parade, you will need to check your child out of school before the parade begins.
Unfortunately for our students, the Homecoming Pep Rally on Friday has been postponed.
COVID has brought many disappointments to our students and community. We truly appreciate your understanding of the restrictions we must adhere to.
Respectfully,
Central School Administration
