Jaguars Support Children’s Cancer Awareness Month

Jaguars Support Children’s Cancer Awareness Month

September is recognized nationally as Childhood Cancer Awareness month. Central has chosen this week to support all the lives that are touched by this diagnosis.

Each day this week Jaguars will learn facts about Childhood Cancer during the morning announcements.

On Friday each Jaguar is asked to wear yellow to show our school wide support. Students are also asked to bring a monetary donation that will be sent to a charity who assists those affected.

If you know of someone who has battled or is currently battling childhood cancer please send us their name and or stop by the front office and put their name in the designated box, On Friday we will have a display recolonizing those who have battled and who are loved by the Jaguars.

• M-F Childhood Cancer Facts during morning announcements • In memory of or in honor names being received for Friday’s Cancer Awareness Display. • Donations collected Friday for an organization who is helping with the fight. • WEAR Yellow this Friday!!! We want every Jaguar to wear yellow to show our support for those who have been or remain fighting.
